Booking Security Policy
At Curl Envy, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our clients while maintaining an efficient schedule.
To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Your card is not charged in advance. It is only used to hold your appointment.
Your card will only be charged if you do not attend your scheduled appointment without notice. In the event of a no-show, a 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled service price will be applied.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations
We understand that unexpected situations arise. To help us keep our schedule running smoothly, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a 25% cancellation fee of your scheduled service.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a 25% cancellation fee being charged to the card on file.
Late Arrival Policy
To ensure we stay on schedule and respect the time of all our clients, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled or shortened. In cases where the appointment must be cancelled due to late arrival, a 25% cancellation fee may be applied.
